1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Bubii application ("the App"), developed by Yomoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Bubii is an AI-powered baby tracking application that allows parents and caregivers to log baby activities including sleep, feeding, diaper changes, solids, and pumping. The App supports voice, text, and photo inputs, which are parsed by artificial intelligence to create structured activity records.
3. User Accounts
To use Bubii, you must create an account using a valid email address or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the App. The App is designed for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers of babies and young children.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Bubii only for its intended purpose and you shall not:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts.
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' experience.
- Use the App to collect or harvest personal information of other users without consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
- Use the App's AI features to process content unrelated to baby tracking.
5. AI Features Disclaimer
Bubii's AI-powered features are provided for convenience and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. The App uses Google Gemini AI to parse natural language inputs into structured activity records. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally misinterpret inputs.
You should always review AI-parsed records for accuracy before confirming them. Bubii is a tracking tool and does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or health advice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns about your child.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Bubii offers both free and paid subscription tiers. The free tier includes limited AI-powered logging (5 per day). The Pro subscription unlocks unlimited AI logging, family sharing, and additional features.
Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
- Recurring Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes in advance.
7. Family Sharing
Bubii allows you to invite other users to share access to your baby's activity records. By inviting a family member, you grant them access to view and create activity records for your baby. You are responsible for managing who has access to your family group.
8. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including baby profiles, activity records, photos, and voice recordings. By using the App, you grant Yomoo a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.

9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, logos, and branding, is owned by Yomoo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep Bubii available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yomoo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or inaccurate AI parsing results.
- Any decisions made based on information provided by the App.
- Service interruptions or technical failures.
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yomoo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the App or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@yomoo.com.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms within the App or by email. Your continued use of Bubii after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
